yesterday they went so far as to say they tried to deliver it at 12:53 .....WHEN I WAS HOME they lied. UPS, UPS, UPS. no more DHL

That is terrible. That box must had been slammed hard to have the cam brake like that.

It is a matter of luck with these companies. UPS meesed up with me in december, I was expecting a part for my Suzuki Samurai.....after what appeared like a long wait I decided to call UPS. To my surprised, they said the box got delivered 10 days ago..

The lazy UPS guy did not find anyone at home and left the box at another building, not even at my building.....and for ten days it was inside an elderly woman's home.

She picked up the box and called UPS to pick it up, but they never did so......good I got my items, but the total disregard exhibited was nauseating.

Sorry to learn about your cam. Make them pay for a GX from Nissan. Make them pay for their mistake plus penalties for your trouble. Some stupid employee must had thrown the box while at the headquarters......beyond believe, but happens.
