wondering wat a good price is for a ca18det..

i might be getting one for 1400...

ca18det engine/ turbo
ca18 gearbox
loom
ecu
wiring


Is that a good price??

has got new buttom bearings and just got new gaskets

looking at getting the engine for my 1200 ute..

should i tell him to keep the ca18det gearbox and i just buy a ca20 gearbox?? coz it wont be getting pushed hard anyway..

anything esle do i need to get a complete engine??

plzz help

in short- good price, take the gearbox and use it its nicer

that's a good price......
I paid $2800.00 for mine c/w new clutch & T28 turbo.
Take the price of those out & $1400 is about right.

if u dont take it for that price i certainly would, do they have any more

just on topic of ca18's what would be fair price to get one put in and engineered in to a dato 1200 ute

it has a vg30 turbo on it.. with gtr injectors and #### on it.. and remapped

so u reckon it be all kool still??

Crazy - that's a great price mate. Snap it up! As mentioned already, buy the CA18DET gearbox. It has the right ratios for the motor and is stronger.

So this would be all the engine gear i would need for the coversion??

getting a intercooler from ebay, s13 raditor.. so wont need that that gear..

just dnt wanna miss sumthing that im gonna need..

mate stop hessitating. just get it. its a great price. sounds like you got the bulk of the things you need.

The stuff you have listed seems complete but there will always be little things missing or broken i.e fuses, water pump etc. You are starting ahead of the game with that price anyway.
