well bout 3 week's back I went mad and brought myself an ex drag ute an 1200 which i was told with a little work could go on the road.
so as soon as i figure out how to get the pic's of the camera i can show the progress or lack of

I'm getting an Insurance Writeoff back on the road for my daily wheels.
Check out my "progress"


Another week and it just MAY be ready for an ID check and Rego

the guy i bought mine off moved the chassis and boxed it as he was gonna make it a drag but then changed his mind i got ALOT of work ahead of me....btw

well had a look at the other utes mine has an long way to go.

An update just got the ute to it's new home after clearing out a space in the work shop/garage. Didn't take long to pull it to pieces. Bit more work than i thought but thats what projects are all about. :)

Now that's a very good question.
I have an number of choices. So i am going to ask which one i should go for.
I have a CA18DET plus five speed but it need's rings etc
flatmate has a turbo 4age willing to sell me.
A 12a na or 13b tt plus box for 3 grand.
And last if i go even more mad a twin turbo v8 and box.

mmmm now folks which one should i go for

I think with that menu to choose from, you need to talk to the man with the clipboard, you know "he who says you can/cannot register THAT!".
Of course, if a street car is not part of your plans.....

I would go 13bt if I had the choice, screw the twins off and go a big single though Can get good power out of rotors and the noise is oh so sweet. That's just me though, go with what you want.
