hey mad marty

the answers to all your quesions are available through the tech section. but there shouldnt be any need to change anything. If you are swaping an a12 out for an a12 then its a no brainer.

also can you please fill in your location details so that relevent location info can be given.

cheers

If it's an A12 from a 120Y or Sunny, or an A14, A15 - I found changing to 120Y mounts on a late ute crossmember does the trick.

Otherwise as described in the tech section - you can weld on a plate to the engine brackets will get it done to..

Yeah location is good to know (I just assume Australia)

now I feel like a twit. I thought that the a12 mounts between the front/mid mount dizzy models were the same, but the a14/15 were slightly different.

Reguardless there you go, you learn something new every day...

i suggest listening to mildman...

The engine mount position was changed for 1974 & ALL rear distributor engines are different from the front distributor ones.
