mate fitting an A15 is piss easy, check out 1200rallycar's photoalbum, he's posted a pic of an adapter plate, it looks dead simple to make. I was lucky and already had an adapter plate for my A15 and 5 speeds are easy too, just bolt it up an d then hold up it up with a jack or something and draw up an adapter plate to hold it all up, then take that to a steel fabricator place and they'll knock one up for ya in no time. Well thats alll I did to fit my 5sp. cheers Damo

yea i already printed out th teplate for th bracket, in regards to the diff in the van, wuld i be beta to fit tht as wel? also, shall i just rip all i can from the van? im guessing tht th springs etc wuld all be a wee bit heavier? im looking for easy adaptibility, th mrs doesnt want car bodies on the property, unfortunatly, so i hav 2 get in, rip out, then dump. has any body got any idea wot th van motor is? as it is, im trespassing on sum old dudes property to look at th wrecks, but are COMPLETE!

yo dont want a 5-speed there crap, send it to me and ill dispose of it for ya
i dont know bout the springs but i doubt it, definately not the leafs if thats what your reffering to they are too long
if the diff is a h190, i think it might be, it will be 90mm wider than a stock, therefore you will need fwd offset rims to fit tyres under guards
someone confirm diff model???

okay,to tell if it's an a12 or an a15,check the emissions sticker on the floor under the passenger seat,it should say either a12s or a15s.to check the diff, count the bolts holding the housing to the centre.if it's got 8,it's a h165,& the motor will be a a12.if,however,it's got 10,it's a h190 & the motor should be an a15.
