hey i am just about to put my ca18det into my 1200 sedan jsut wondering if anyone has a stumpy gearbox or knows where i can get one

You'll have to modify the trans tunnel for the stumpy too....modify it with a hammer that is. But the selector stick does come up in the same place with the stumpy.

A fair bit weaker I believe and not happy changing after 5000rpm as well I hear.

But I'm using one in the race car to start with....I'll have to let you know how it goes.
