definately not, look inside the front guard in front of the wheel, you'll see to big bolts holding the bumper bar bracket, undo them and undo the two holding the bar to the guards (10mm on the inside) and pull the bar out from the front. remember to take the lights off or unplug them if need be

Go chuck WD40 or equivilent (rustoff is the best) on the threads and bolts about half hour before hand, also, tighten 1/8 of aturn before loosening old bolts makes it much easier and go slowly.
