Could anyone link me to pics showing the position of your whiteline swaybar.

I am looking to buy one and i just want to make sure it will miss my sump (sr20)

I believe the one they make is for CA... so it should fit

SR20 sits forward a bit more (well mine does) so i just need a pic to be sure it will fit

Im interested in this also, as the 1200 and 120y sway bars come close to the L-series sump. Pics next to a standard bar would be good.

You fella's know sway bars are a piece of cake to make if you have the use of an oxy set and some basic fabrication skills?

You can buy the straight blank material from any spring making outlet(like King springs etc) carefully heat and bend to your shape and work out what ends you want to attatch it,make them and send it back to the spring works to have it heat treated for next to nothing.

You now have something to be proud of and satisfaction to go with it

Thats a good idea,

I heard theres something called stress-proof or the like which doesnt have to be heat treated after bending. I think I read it in the competition setup guide on here.

It would be good to make your own like bert has said because you could use rod ends to link it to the lower arms and multi hole the sway bar for adjustment back and forth.

I have a CA18 in 1200, couldn't make the (non-stewart_wilkins) Whiteline (120Y effectively) swaybar fit on my setup.
$240 later, and 3 years later, still in the box I bought it.

Anyone with an A series in Sydney want it for $100? Similar to 120Y at 21mm...so I wouldn't recommend too many people jump on it.

You need to order the CA18 whiteline swaybar from SW last time I heard. Whiteline won't do the dodgy on his design.

I use a 23mm one made up elsewhere...

Thats right it's not rocket science, and you can make it fully adjustable with a couple of lengths of flat strap steel welded to the ends with a series of holes, this is the best method as drilling spring steel is like drilling diamonds, you kill a drill every couple of mm.

Chris, can i ask how much it cost to have the 23mm unit made up?Because if you don't already have one i suspect you have spent enough dough already to have bought an oxy set which is good forever and allows you to make all sorts of stuff in the future.
