Australian Classic Car

It will be a 4 or 5-page colour feature.

Yeah, I know, but somehow I botched it...

I've probably posted more times than many people here. Sometimes you make mistakes.

I'm afraid you misunderstood me... but in case you didn't:

Now, rather than go on with this sort of thing, I am needing to find a nice Datsun 1200 coupe to do a colour feature story about for Australian Classic Car magaizine.

If any one has such a car or knows such a car, please contact me urgently.

Does it mater which state of Australia the car is in?

Are you saying it must be fitted with A12, stock carbs, stock air filter, stock exhaust, etc....?

Yes, that matters...

Within 250kms or so of Brisbane, and available for photos this week.

It must be pretty stock. I think I put all this stuff in the first thread I started, but the insistence has been to continue with this thread.

Non-standard exhaust would be okay, mildly bigger wheels if absolutely necessary, but the rest must be stock.

Can anyone help out here? I haven't had a single positive response yet.

I write for [Australian Classic Car] magazine and I've got the job of photographing and writing a story about a Datsun 1200 coupe.

Must be original (well... maybe mag wheels), must be neat and tidy. Doesn't really have to be perfect, but must photograph well.

Can anyone who has one anywhere between Warwick, Gympie, Murwillumbah and the coast please either phone me or e.mail me please?

Get your car into the magazine!

So we don't have any of these cars around, do we?

Not a single positive response yet...
