there are firstly two seals one where the
drive shaft goes in and one behind that
i have played with alot of these and found
that the tail shaft housings tend to fracture
quite easy so you might have to look there

check your yoke see if it has engough metal on it, other wise it doesnt hold the seal.
the tailshaft could be bent, chucks the seal out.
also check the filter on the gearbox, if it is dirty i can build up pressure and blow oil past the seal

these are the problem i had with my gearbox

Boo on rear trany seals. Mine leaks too.
My yolk seemed a bit sloppy in the trans. It also seemed like the output shaft was wiggling around too.
I had the trans rebuilt (for other reasons) and this seemed to tighted things up. Maybe bad bearings. The oil still seaps out, but not as much.
Also remember to oil or grease your tailshaft yolk before you install it into the trans.
?
good luck
