when i get time i will take a pic but i made caltrac type rods with rod ends and steel tube they attach to the diff and i made custom plates for the front where they mount to below the spring perch they work well u can feel the car lift slightly then just grab traction

thanks mate please do cause i plan to make a similar setup using the caltracts set up hopefully using old 4link bars and pivot points cause i have the bars here so would make it easy just have to make plates to suit

so if you can post some good pics

thanks mate

I just put some universal ebay tramp rods on my 120y. They seem to work good but lots of downsides, they are cop bait, they scrape on everything and a flat tyre would cause lots of sparks
I would recommend going with a caltrac setup.

nah standard height springs, but lowering wont affect the height of the rods unless its lowered with blocks.

Kevin Rowley is a 1200 guru in queensland who pioneered a lot of the common 1200 upgrades you see today.

jts (john taylor I think) makes a competition spring pack, I'm not sure how low it is, if at all? But it will fix tramp.
