Ah, thanks. Now I see what it is in the Nissan catalog. There is also a Sealer-front fender PN 63811-H1000.

fiberglass is about the same weight as the metal guards on a 1200 since they are so thin .

ps fiberglass cracks on impact

My old rusty bonnet weighs 10.5 kg and my new non-genuine weighs about the same (10kg). What weight would a fibre glass one be?

Apart from the small weight reduction the only other reason I see to build a fibre glass bonnet would be to incorporate some vents to get better air flow through the engine bay.

Fibreglass guards don't dent when you lean on them to work under the bonnet either!
