Thats good to know. You hear information here and there and you never know what to believe. I am hoping to run around 6 to 8 psi through my L18 with a simple draw through lpg setup.

Does anyone know how much the toyota SC14 can cope with?

i'd say they would be able to cope with the same ammount of psi as the SC12's coz the dirrerence between them is the mounting points on the housing and the pulley. btw you cant get new bearings for them once they go. i tried about 7 bearing shops and they all said its a weird size bearing.

I've heard that the toyota blowers reach abadetic crossover around 8-9 psi.

i was thinkin it might mess up the air/fuel ratio if u hav it all tuned to the 5psi setting then it jumps up to about 13-14 psi.

Are you talking about duel stage boost controller for a turbo? The pullies change boost amount on superchargers don't they?

If you are talking about turbo, there shouldn't be a problem with running one, the boost is controlled from a hose thats connected to the wastegate( on internally wastegated). Although i don't use duel stage i've just got a ICGBCV(In Cab Gated Boost Control Valve) from Turbosmart, good little unit! It means i can adjust the boost in the car, for what i do i don't think it necessary to run a duel stage unit? but thats my opinion? i run 8psi for normal driving, and 12psi when i want a bit more gusto! , it's good fun!

providing your ecu is mapped correctly, it will run fine on either high, or low boost.
