Why dont you have a go at modifying your existing grill.
I Have cut the vertical strips as well as evry second horrizontal bar in the plastic grill.

I am also playing around with the metal grill aswell but have to straighten out 30 years of dents in the chrome work

'South Yokohama' a japanese company makes lots of aftermarket spares. I will try find their website as they do a couple of grills.
