i am getting my a15 built and it will have 125 at the flywheel all it has done is port and polish head it is shaved 50 thou some other head work balenced crank 40mm webbers and that is all is 125 good or not just wondering
So let me see, we have a balanced crank, but not the rods, pistons, or flywheel. It will be running the standard cam too.

So the only real power producing improvements is some head work & a pair of Webbers, I'll spot you a set of extractors that you haven't mentioned, ... & it will make 125hp at the flywheel.

Yeah, sounds about right to me.
OK, sarcasm over now, with the mods exactly as you have described them, all you will have is an over ported, over carbed & under cammed A15. The chances of it making that much power are, in my view, .... nill.

Ahh maybe get the whole bottom end balanced and blueprinted then to top off the head work put a cam in say 30/70 and get the twin weber manifold port matched. Sorry just put the bill up for ya but you seemed to be missing a couple of vital enhancements. Could keep going if you like. What are you doing as far as exhaust setup goes ?

H.P. figures seem to me to always bring out the best and worst in people....you have the knockers and the dreamers all adding thier own take on what is BS and what is feasable even when dyno sheets are posted.

At the end of the day it's whats in the trophy cabinet that counts.

This is exsactly done to the engine in detail the crank has been balenced with the rods pistoons flywheel and front pully on it. The head has had a port and polish double valve springs it is running 9 to 1 compression ratio and the cam is not standed but I cannot remember what it is also I have twin webbers ajeff Taylor inlet and extractors and the flywheel is of a pulser do not remember which one but it is lightened and the bloke building the engine told me about 125 at the flywheel and the bloke building the engine knows a thing or two about a series

yepp alot but also depends on how much you can do yourself
i cant wait till i get my crossflow a14 turbo motor going it should make nice power hopefully
320+ hp a14
and having a motor that powerfull in such a light chassis is just like having a 2ft long johnson great for braggin to your mates but not all that usefull
