as in does it do the bias internally? i assume it does as they dont have any external bias stuff

but im re thinking the s13 route as i just fitted r33 brakes to a mates car today and was told that the s13 master would be fine for them....turns out the bias is rather bad when still using the s13 chassis as the rears lock up under any kinda hard braking

but im still going to get an s13 master for my 1200 and see what its like bias wise for a lighter car, as the r33 one ive got doesnt seem to make the rear brakes do much at all

so the conclution is with an s13 master the rear will lock and work very hard

and with r33 master the rear doesn't seem to be doing anywork

am i right on this????

I was trying to work out why things were in a different place on your motor, then remembered you said it was from a GtiR.. Is that the crank angle sensor at the rear of the motor? Mine has nothing back there?!?

This weekend i trial fitted the A/C condensor. Will get this into position and then will make sure the I/C and radiator will fit without moving battery. I think i may be doing things backwards- but hey, it all needs to be done! Need to relocate some wiring and brackets this coming weekend, then will get things measured up. So much more to do.

edit for pic:

580 x 360 multiflow- i think i may have been able to go slightly bigger. We'll see how it goes. Fans will be a bugger to try and fit!

on an s13, using the s13 master with r33 brakes all round the rear has too much pressure. on my mates car i have fitted a wilwood bis valve to correct the bias

and on my car with the r33 master and brakes i feel that the rear doesnt do as much as it should

soon i will be putting an r33 master in my mates car(s13) and trying his master in my car to see what it is like bias wise, if there is still too much rear i will just run the wilwood bias valve to get it to how i like it....as i dont mind a bit of stuffing around if it means the rear brakes will actually be working like they should

that is actually a distributor and a crank angle sensor at the same time on a gtir. as u have seen i am doing things slowly but trying to bring the best for each item. i am now considering to use s14 rack and pinion but still getting measurements from some friends before purchassing the actuall part

piggy dog pls keep us updated how things will be working. and is the wilwood front rear compensator adjustable????

Over the weekend I managed to get down and get a few things done. Mainly do some mods to the wiring loom and a few fittings so i can fit the IC and radiator.
One other thing I managed to find was factory A/C from a recently written off Sunny.
I already had a set up, but this is 100% neater and easier to install, with all the correct ductwork and fittings! Inside unit is all installed.
Big thanks to jennadat for the parts and her bf for the pre-mix..

Here is a view of the factory vs. dealer upgrade on the fans. Different resistors as well. Should be sweet. :)

I have the old A/C set up if any one wants it. It works but just isn't a full factory set up. E.g. flex ducts and no fan upgrade..

I also may have convinced the olds to invest some money into the 'safety' of the sunny.. with my birthday coming up, front struts may be a lot cheaper for me! :D
