hello people. ive got a A14 motor in my compact speedcar (its a speedway car) the motor was built in NSW by the old owner and he spent nealy 25g on it. i know its alot of money for a datsun motor but its had the works done to it. GA16 rods,cranks been offset, custom pistons, ballanced, blue printed, heads been ported like you wont beleave, custom crane cam and roller rockers, 2mm oversize valves, GX manifold with 4 toyota throttle bodies, kinsler mechanical injection, peterson dry sump setup, crane cams hot shot ignition, speedflow fittings used every where,made 157bhp at 7500 on run in tune and the list of mods gose on and on, motor was actualy in zoom magazine about 4 years ago with the title of PUSHROD MADNESS. basicly the old owner wanted the best of every thing done to it. races it once then said hes to old and the car sat in the shed ever since. after i bought it i did the last meeting of the season and now ive pulled the motor down to put a fresh head gasket on it and give it the once over for the next season. the problem i have is what head gasket should i use? the old one would you beleave was a stock monotorque that was just about had it, any ideas on what i should go for? ive been looking at the ALC searies but they dont have any for a A14. motor also has 12.5-1 comp ratio.
might put a few pics up so use can have a look at it. would be a sweet setup in a 1200 ute..

he or I can supply a gasket to suit,

can also Supply Genuine GX gaskets,
and Kameari Steel gaskets,

Interesting gadjet!
If you could still get a genuine Nissan head gasket,you might get away with that....but there no longer available from Nissan,which leaves you with the ACL's and other after market stuff available,most of which i have had fail in a very short time in competition,with big compresion.
My advice would be to go with a steel head gasket from Wilkins motor sport in Sydney,if he has none they will point you in the right direction.

Do cometic make a gasket for the a-series? If they do, and only look for them if the nismo one isn't available (as I've heard good things about them too) I think it might be worth a try. If you can get the nismo, job done I'd say.

maybe get a copper one lazer cut to the same size as an a15 one ... i was looking into it but figured my setup only needed a normal gasket
