Got my datsun 160 sss today! Man what a wreck, but a beautifull wreck!!!
Got it for 3000 south african rands. Roughly 400 us dollars, might sound like a lot or not, my 140y sdy cost R13 000, 1734 dollars, and that was a good buy!
So i need to rebuild the engine, seems like everything is there but stripped. What should i use to clean everything, is engine cleaner ok?

I'll try get some pics up.
Need to clean everything, new carpet. Put in dash and things. Looking into runnin fi weber carb on the L16 after i get it running.

Has anyone ever converted an L16 to EFI, and run boost, turbo or supercharged?
Also is the car model also called p710? Its on the engin plate.
