My B10 doesnt have seat belts at the moment, but i seem to believe that it may have at some stage ... There is a bolt on the pillars that looks like it can only be for seat belts, but i cant see any on either side of the seat (but i havn't looked properly ... Did they come with seat belts? If so how hard are they to find?

I would assume this one did too at some stage ... Unless they came out with mountings on the pillars but no belts ...

Did those lappys have mountings on the floor?

Yes, they are mounted on the floor next to the seat. There are two bolts/holes where it used to go. If you go to Lordco, you can pick up lap belts that look almost like the 1000 oem ones.
