lol tear the mounts .. good luck ,its only a pos slug de , the mounts are strong they came off a v8/ute van and have been plated and boxed in completly with full peno welds.
engine bay is painted and engine and suspension go back in tomorow night . been flat out at work
60hr weeks leave no time for it atm.
even when engine is in and running
it still needs a diff tailshaft , and an engineers cert
i lose my license in a month for 3 months so i think im starting to lose intrest. i dont see it being driveable in under a month :S

yeh i want to finish it , but if i go all out and get my old man to do the bodywork like the ute and get it resprayed in the same color as engine bay (straight tinter)
then cops will harrass me for having a clean car and thats where ill get annoyed. id rather it have a super tidy engine bay and the outside look like ratshit.
keeps the cops from wanting to see whats in engine bay , realising its a sr20 , and the arguement of ablitly to drive it on ps will begin (have searched the whole rta site and asked the rta they all seem to have a different answer , but its not turbod , or a v8 , still under legal power to weight ratio, highway patrol are just going to be pricks because ive got something decent powerwise on my ps.)

bad news :(
engine is in , but hits on the booster :S
has to be brought forward an inch , which leaves no choice but a custom radiator.
life sucks.
in the maddat pictures it shows the engine further back then mine sits. is this because its the turbo manifold and is smaller ?
very confused/pissed off that the gap is not the same.
do i have to move my engine across and/or back.
i wish i bought the crossmember would of saved so much money and headaches.

Have you thought of not running booster?

Love the rocker cover going to do similar on mine.
Makes the motor look like the old school lotus engine.

scrap the booster- 1200's dont need them, cant see why braking performance would be lessened with a booster, just easier on the effort needed to engage them
