Yeah that was me. Like you I have my own little stash of 1000 bits.

I got outbid on a steering wheel last week.
I put down all the spare cash I had, About $300 (25000yen) on yahooo, and I still lost. :(

It was an original wheel, the one with the chrome horn button inside both spokes
I have one already but it has cracks in it,
I am thinking of sending mine off to pearlcraft to be repaird some time in the distant future.
I can see that costing some big $$$, But i've got to do it as no other wheel will do.

What about the three-spoke, wood-grain KB10 option steering wheel? It's smaller than the bus-sized stock wheel, it's timber and has a really neat style about it.

Fair enough, I found it to be too big and it caught me out a couple of times.

Anyway I sold one that was basically NOS, last year. Sold it for cheap to a fellow 1000 enthusiast. LINK to Sale

Good Luck in your search though, I'll let you know if I see anything.

Cheers. That would be great if you could let me know when you see one.
I seem to have steered this post waaaay off topic, sorry lethal_john.
Back to indicators I say.

*EDIT*
I was looking through my stash of bits and found a set of guard lights.
Does anyone here want a pair of long guard indicators 13cm, non genuine, Made by ts motors.
These are the cheap ones that pop up on ebay all the time with the screws on the front.
They have never been used.
I got these when I first got my 1000 but have found original short ones now.
These are just sitting around doing nothing.
Free + Free post within in australia.

How hard is it to get hold of either of those steering wheels?

You have any of those kb10 steering wheels spare chris or know where I can get one

Edit - haha just saw your guys posts, I've hopefully sorted the blinker situation out. I'm keen to know more about where I can get one of these steering wheels, I'll do sum searching when I get home from work
