just a quick question on the wiring of the tacho in the 1200 dash, i have 4 wires and 3 i am unsure of, i know the yellow is ign, i than have another coming out right next to the ign wire. than 2 wires coming out from a lower point anyone know which wires are wich? thx

Usually there's one for ignition signal, one for dash lights, one for power and one for ground. Red is usually power, black is usually ground and you can probably figure out the other one by grounding black and trying the other two with +ve and see when the light comes on. If unsure use a 9V battery since it wont do any damage if you hook it up wrong (they can't supply much current). Hope this helps.

im sure that someone on here would have a 1200 manual it has wiring diagram in them
