im in love with the interior also! haha

Keen datsun1200.com browsers will have seen my other thread about the wheel width on a sedan (ill also post pics in that thread)

I tried the wheels off the back of my dads panel van, 15x8, 3 3/8" Backspace and 205/50-15 tyres
I was suprised that they fit! my diff needs to be shortened a further 50mm approx each side for them to fit but it will happan!

And considering i could get prob another 20mm clearance when i roll the guards (they are untouched atm)

lol im going to dont worry! will be worth the effort..

Ran into anothe rproblem today, if i shorten the diff some more the calipers will be hitting on the spring saddle and shock! its never bloody ending! haha

Now i have 2 options..

1. When shortening the diff again i could move the calipers towards the front so they will clear (just!)
2. buy a complete Falcon borg warner, as i think they have the calipers at the front already, and may not be as bulky as the R31 calipers.. shorten and use that diff and just add a better ratio center.. not sure what to do, any sugestions?

diff is a shortened R31, to standard 1200 width, but those wheels wont fit like that. Will have to be shortened around another 100mm all up to fit.. If its a street car i would go 7's as the 8's will scrub a fair bit
