Have a bank of Keihin 36mm (I think) carbs.

Condition: In need of repair- there was corrosion in one of the bowls that put chalk through the carbs. All they need is clean and they're all good, I would suggest taking them to a specialist and have them ultrasonic cleaned. Or just pull them apart and give them a good clean and blow them out with air. I replaced all the fuel connector seals when I had them running, I found the problem then and never got round to fixing them.

Price: Free, would appreciate a six pack of beer but that's your call. I really don't mind.

Postage: $20.00 around about?

Extra Info: These are one of the early CV type carbs with a diaphragm & sprung cylindrical slide. Slides move freely butterflies are all good. Great starting point for someone wanting to learn how these work. Great little carb for an A-series, I'm using a much newer set probably five or six generations down the evolution chain......so yes these are old-school.

Can get extra pics if you need but hey, they're free!

To get these working you will need:

- To clean all four carbs.
- Find new caps for the vacuum reference feed.
- Build a manifold.
- Jet them to suit your motor.

Contact: PM or reply here.

In picture 2 you can see the little brass nipple for the vacuum reference, you can get little rubber caps from Clarks rubber to cover them.... or you can link them and use them for vacuum advance feed.

All they really need is a clean, when I had them running one wasn't working and that was the one with the corrosion. A tooth brush, air compressor and some detergent will have these running again.

Done deal Carps!

They are a good carb, just need a service. I was going to re-plate all the stuff, rebuild them and sell them but stuff it, it'd cost too much for buyer and seller.

When I did open the tops the seals, gaskets were still good just the fuel connector seals were cracked so I replaced them, velocity stacks are available for these so just ask if you need a link for them.

PM your address and I'll have them away to you this week.

Chris
