You can still get synchro's through nissan, and most bearings aftermarket. The only bearing I couldn't get aftermarket was the 18 24 17 between the input and output which is genuine only. I got energising clips lately, tried for lugs but they are on bacorder from Japan.

Skf is 1/4 price of nissan. Same bearings, skf is genuine. See the wiki

Datsun 310 neva had 5spd. B310 did.

There's a part number breakdown for the 60L box in the tech wiki, but not for the 60A. How do I know what bearings to look for? Plus what about thrust washers, seals, any wear items.

Seals are at the bearing supply company too. When you disassemble, read the number on the bearings and seals.

For synchros and washers, go Nissan. You can buy bearings and seals from Nissan too.
