Mexico is also a pretty amazing place for spicy food.
They have so many kinds of chillies and ways of cooking them
using different parts and techniques for different foods.
Years ago when I had my first chocolate chilli ice cream
I freaked out on its deliciousness.

got back from indo two weeks ago good poeple,good food, 4 lanes of cars 4lanes of bikes plus people all on a 4 lane hi way
