Yes, the black circle is the air bleed. The red circle is the slow jet.

Some A15 come with DCH-306 and some A15 come with DCF-306. Your carburetor is neither of those, but is similar to the DCH-306.

i would like to thank every one especially DD for all your help in getting my car running I put in a size 130 primary and 135 secondary and its running sweet idles at 800 and 600 in drive smoothly full of power know aswell!
