small update, water overflow done. john fabricated cooler/radiator brackets that helped strenghten front end up. Oil catch can done.
Also fitted surge tank +third pump.

gtx3582 arrived :) and also maddat parts

The compound turbo manifold welded + water/oil lines fitted THANKS Will - Quick Spool. Getting coated now, should be back in car by late next week. Ive decided to go with haltech ecu/dash recommened by ben at rotor motorsport. Will be getting some pictures up soon.

Ok people take a look at the first ever!! datsun compound turbo setup. Big thanks to will at quick spool.
setup is about 95% done on engine. Full Re-wiring needs to happen next.

front end look with grill,apron,bumper off. Will get a list up with stuff to do soon. Hoping it will be ready for powercruise/jap day.

I ordered it, dr helped me with fitting it. :) Shoota the compound turbo setup has been done on diesel engines for years. Exhaust gases start spooling the small turbo first, the gate opens and both the exhaust housing of the small/gate feed the big turbo exhaust. The best bit is the big turbo feeds compressed air to the small turbo increasing its efficiency. The small turbo does most of the work.
The idea is you get low down power + up high power.
