Dont utes have commercial legalities that allow almost any engine size? or did they change this?

1200 utes dont have full chassis d, that rule only applies to full chassis commercials im pretty sure

Even if the body is pretty poor, the fact that it's engineered for a FJ20ET is a pretty big deal. You haven't been able to do a conversion like that in years. And never will again. For the paperwork it is worth a fair bit alone.
