Hi guys,

It's been a fair while since my last update.. ive been busy reassembling the car.

A progress shot of my new interior I am finishing up.

new carpet from SIBA carpets installed, new kick panels with 6 inch SONY XPLOD splits, installed a 4 channel 600W amp under the drivers seat.

Dashboard restored by "Dashboard Recovering Services" all over a dynamatted interior... You would not believe how long this took. final piece of hte puzzle arrived today so I should be able to finish the central locking and door assembly.. on track for rego

A big thanks to IVAN for getting me a quarter window.. champion effort thankyou again. I owe you one.

hey thanks for the compliment.

yeah I like coloured carpets, I do it to match the exterior and find it really lifts the small interior.
the seats are red too.

The job wasn't so difficult, just very time consuming... dyna-matting, under felting, laying audio cables, painting everything before it was re-fit. and after I put everything in, I then took it back out, glued the felt and carpet down, then re-fit.. I prob spent close to 20 hours last weekend!!

making a small sub box now. will keep the updates rolling, havent pushed it outside yet, waiting for the final "reveal" as they say in those build shows.

Cheers

Hey all,

Project got registered yesterday, temporarily running drum brake front and 13 inch wheels.

it's pretty much standard, stock as a rock.

but so happy it's done.

the kid loves it...

Hey Ed, good to see her back on the road!
I love the colour combo.
All you need is a set of 15's or 16's and it'll be perfect!

Hey Thanks Shoota,

A very similar colour to Fergus!

Ive got 15 inch TRX wheels and those Stanza struts. will get started on them now. Thought it would be easier to pass roadworthy as a stocker... even then they picked on sagging door hinges.

Anybody know where I can get a kit to re-bush the hinge pin?

Cheers

Hey ed how did you go with the hinges? Still have some plastic bushes if interested. Someone told me that a member on here makes brass bushings for them. Dunno who though

Cheers!
