while your at this stage you should consider cutting back the footwell section behind the front tyres, this often needs clearancing to fit larger wheels (with a hammer if need be but the nice way is to cut and shut it back)

there was a good picture of this somewhere but i would have no idea how to find it now

the problem im reffering to is when turning - the tyre's outside edge will hit the footwell

It's not getting IRS now, going to do a 4 link set up with live rear axel, should still be really nice set up!!! I wanted to do Indapendent but was just a little to involved " hahaha " will def have a look at the foot weels... Still got a solid day tomorrow finishing off putting all this steel in...

I have talked to Scott a little when I first started building the ute.. I Duno why I am keen to run a Live rear with 4 link now... Duno why !!! IRS would be cool tho..

make interesting chat, its like looking behind at a hotrod with a chrome jag rear end while driving...looks mad as....
if i had sum detailed picks of Scott's set up i reckon id give it a crack..many things are made from drawing & pics, i know a couple years back in the ZOOM mag they were doing the IRS for utes... probably didn't have much call for them...maybe!!

personally with 4 links is the shock mounts hang low, i suppose depends on the position they sit, there's not a lot of room underneath, have you spoken to anyone else with this rear link!

really when you break it down it's not that much work but have just decided to head down a different path I guess... Would def be good to get a look under there ute and in the tray... All good tho !!!

Only to Ray McDonald the fella makes the kits..., just all a big learning curve... Not going to rule it out just yet...
