Hi Guys,

Need these urgently.
I have emailed Maddat several times with no reply.
And it's not an "Off the shelf" item for Datsport.

Please let me know if you're selling any or know who sells them other than the above.

Cheers

Tie-rod ends are never adjustable. But how far you turn the Tie-rod Bar is the adjustment.

What you want is a Sunny or later 1200 Ute LCA -- which strut you are using doesn't matter. Unless of course you are for some reason already using a 200B LCA in your 1200.

Find out which fixed LCA you are currently using, and ask for an adjustable version of the same.

Tie-rods ends don't connect to the strut. Why are you asking for Tie-Rod Ends for a 200B strut? What problem are you actually trying to solve? Are you trying to put together a set of parts for swapping a 200B strut into your 1200?

I've made up a set of 200b lowered coilover struts with R31 shocks.
I've got Strange Engineering lightweight aluminium hubs and brake kit all set up on the struts.
The front runners I am using sit about 10-20mm outside the guard. I'm after adjustment of the LCA to bring the tyre in (I'll also be purchasing S13 camber plates). Reason for wanting the Tie Rods is to suit the ball joint I'll be wanting too.

Cheers

Instead of emailing them, why don't you phone them and order their Product No. LCA1200B - 1200 Adjustable Lower Control Arms

Or instead of phoning, place an order via their web site.

For the tie-rods, just screw the stock tie-rod Bar in further to bring the TR Ends in closer. If you need more than that, have the bar re-threaded further down for more adjustment, or buy a shorter generic bar. As you can see, the tie-rod does not attach to the balljoint.

late 1200 or 120Y ball joints will bring the bottom of the wheel in approximately 12-13mm as opposed to using stanza or 200b ball joints.

Call Scott from mad dat and tell him what you need. He done the same for my car. The adjustable control arms need to be made shorter which he will do to bring them in enough. Also the ball joint helps. And yes the steering arms will need more thread on them.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the input, I got hold of Scott and put a set on order.
I also test fitted the struts on the weekend and the wheel will only need to come in slightlyat the topas it sits flush with the guards.

Cheers
