I'm looking for some conical washers or rose joint spacers anyone no where to buy?
Also after some long nuts that I can use to mount things but need to be at least 60mm long even threaded tube will do!
Also after glade nuts, or captive nuts for shocks in struts
Cheers nick

You can get heim spacers from the speedway or off road supply shops but I find it easier to make my own that way I get exactly what I need, because I always seem to have to modify the commercial ones anyway

I have a 2 piece setup at the moment and want to make it one piece, I'm using a m12x38.5mm washer and  Rose joint spacer with these specs
Hole Bore:   0.500"    ( 12.7 mm)
Width :          0.437 "   ( 11.11 mm)
Height:          0.875 "   ( 22.22 mm)
Taper:           30 Degrees
but I really want them to be out of one piece of good steel

I'm going to need a drawing with the dimensions on it , that way we are on the same page before I start cutting metal . If you like I can send you a sketch and you put the sizes on it

Ok we're not on the same page yet with these spacers , what size bolt are you putting through the spacer? If you are using a 12 mm bolt that means a 12 mm hole that means the 12 dia by 8 mm section on your drawing will not exist , do you follow?
