vynil sign places do them in all kinds of design at your local weekend craft and goods market place. I go to a guy at vic market here quite cheap.
Most printing bureau places have them too. Just find the design you want then you can send a dxf, corel or eps (vector file) and specify the heigh and length, material etc, what colour and design you after? I imagine with your blue alot would stand out.

Ask the race car lettering shop. Its called the race car letter shop for people who want race car letters for their race cars to differentiate them from non race care letter cars such as Toyota and honduhs
