Would make a cool restored bike but if you actually planned on riding it you would need to be roughly 5'4 -5'6. Also, if your planning on repainting it it's going to be impossible to preserve or replace any of the decals apart from the riveted badge on the front.

I knew they were selling Nissan Cube bicycles, but this is even better.
