Sounds right Benny, I cant belive it wouldnt be an under 1600 class tho?

The sprints are organized in groups of comparable lap times. but trophies are based on capacity and car type(road v Race rather than 180b v 1200).

Turbo cars have the the engine swept volume multiplied by 1.7 to work out capacity.

sorry simon,when you say swept volume check,is that the same as bubble test.(that they use is speedway for testing capacity)done by removing rocker & so on.

Sorry, i wasnt refering to a capacity checker. Just saying that for turbo cars the engine capacity is multiplied by 1.7 to establish capacity for class allocation.
I`d be very suprised if they pulled out a capacity checker on a weekend like this.
I havent seen one since the days of Thunderdome Competition!

Are you thinking of coming down for a look?

things are going from bad to worse for me, a workshop has had my car forever! was supposed to get it back today and they tell me they spilt something on the bonnet and the paint has bubbled off....

yeah i read 1.7 too, thought that was a little rich but i suppose its right when you're running a 160hp+ a12... haha

1200rc, i hope you told them you spilt your wallet in the bin and have no money to pay them!!! Thats bullshit, im thinking their shout for a full respray?! :P ahha
