We upgraded the front discs and callipers to the CA S13 setup its a rare setup as pads were a mystery till i discovered in the tech wiki there for the 251mm discs and also the pad part number matches N14 or N15 pulsar. Any way the pedal doesnt want to harden when we bleed the fronts. When we bleed the rears (Stock H165) pedal goes hard, When we bleed the front pedal goes soft again and nearly to the floor have to pump them up to get brakes. I've bled them like 3 times and still no joy. Bled from furthest nipple passenger rear then drivers rear passenger front then drivers front. Has 11/16 brake master. Any tips ideas ??

Sounds like the non return valve on the front portion of the master is faulty Andy. Swap out the master cylinder or have it refurbished. That's my thoughts.

Thanks Chris. You made me go with my suspicions, I looked at the brake pedal and felt it wasnt releasing far enough and the brake pedal switch looked to be wound to far in. So i disconnected wires and wound it all the way out until the pedal had a little free play. Then wound the brake light switch back in enough till it was engaging the switch connected it back up to test it and all good. then i walked past my bench and discovered i had forgotten to put the little metal brackets in the drivers side calliper that kind of lock the pads in. Fitted them while i had it back on stands and while doing that i noticed a little fluid seeping out where the flexible line bolts in to the back of calliper so tightened that. Now suddenly i have a stiff pedal. I also think i know why the old drivers side calliper was locking up. (Sure you can guess ) brake Pedal wasn't releasing enough

I had the same problem as you Andy (I've got 200b struts + brakes in my B120 ute).
Me and dad bled everything twice over, with the front always being soft.
Came down to the Master Cylinder being leaky.
Rebuild kit was $50, or a brand new one was $110, so I opted for a new one.
Looks sexy :P
