The easiest big-brake conversion for front is 258 mm 910 Bluebird/280ZX rotors. It's a bolt-on with the $60 brackets. No machining required as with the S13 brake swap.

The easiest rear brake conversion is perhaps the Pitroad kit. See Rear Disc Brakes for a list of popular conversions. By the way, upgrading rear brakes is usually not required, the drums stop fine when adjusted correctly. The front brakes contribute the majority of stopping power.
