i had my jets drilled on my a12 because it would not run at all, now im getting sick of the amount of fuel i go through, i have a spare carby that was running an a15 , if i remove the jets from that for the a12, will it work??

and does anyone know what size the tank is in a ute???

Drilling the jets out is not a solution, it is a hack, only done if they don't know what is wrong.

Put the entire spare A15 carburetor on the A12, it will run fine. Not perfect but will return good fuel economy.

40 liters i think. It is listed in the owner's manual.

naa the guy i took the carbie too when it was rebuilt drilled the idle low range jet i think, turns out the carbie on the a15 was entirely corroded , that being said, the a15 hasn't been in a car in 4 years, i wasn't planing on using the original carbie any how,

cheers, i thought it might of been a 35L
