If you have no luck try Chris from DatsunMuseum.com
He has a giant pile of Datsun Diffs and he is in the Brisbane area.

You can swap the center section from a 1975-up 120Y or B310. No special tools are needed. And it is stronger. Use the matching driveshaft.

Nothing is pure bolt in, though the 1975-1978 B210 rear axle assemblies come closest (sedan swaps to sedan, coupe to coupe). Everything else requires some bracket fabrication welding.

You can use a 120y borg warner 68 diff. Stronger than the h165 diffs. Bolts into sedan but you need the 120y u bolts and the plates to the leaves.
Only comes on post 1974 aus assembled 120y 4 door sedans.
Get the tail shaft too but may need shortening. Bonus is they have rebuildable unis

Correct. A 120Y sedan rear axle assembly will bolt into a 1200 sedan, if you use enough of the parts (driveshaft, u-bolts, etc). It can be the BW68 or H150 types.

The driveshafts are all rebuildable using simple hand tools, except if you try to use the Nissan parts.
