There isn't alot of difference between the two styles of A12 manifolds both plenums and runners are about the same "measurement" and volume I have the other style on the car your talking about "D",but the casting is a lot heavier .
But the new manifold is alot larger and with the ports now being matched to eachother. The bigger difference is the larger volume i have :)I need to try to increase Hp but drop boost down.
Supafatto...sounds good im worried about the engine at the minute brakes will be next
cheers anthony

There is a fella with petrol efi round port turbo A series getting 100kws atw, he didnt get any work done to the head so will be interesting how this round port setup goes. Are you getting 3 valve cuts or just leaving them stock? With bigger inlet and exhaust valves I do wonder if the oval port head can top this one on mid range.

Would this is Plasma ignition setup is worth while investment along with your setup?

Not sure dave but im running the biggest coil recommended and still there is a chance of melting the rotor button or dizzy cap if i go any bigger. Its showing no signs of not being able to ignite the e85 on current boost levels and i very much doubt i will be increasing boost if anything i will come down...

Im still not able to reach my rev limit and with the motor running a basic tune im still running out of fuel with the bosch pump ,reg upgrades it was a little bit of a set back, but i think i have found where the issue is not sure how many more times the bottom end will handle a lean moment under load and boost time will tell.

i found the restriction and it cant be altered in any way cant push past 6500 leans out,so im happy with what has been done with this setup.
Tme to MOVE ON!
The new head is nearly finished and will be this week, should have the new setup bolted up over the weekend
quick pic of the new chambers after being roughed out,as you can see if you compare the new and old pictures quite a bit has been changed with the reshaping and unshrouding of the valves.
cheers anthony
