Hi

can anyone help with part numbers for the front brake hoses (to caliper) for late model
120y (B210) brakes with PBR caliper?

ive been searching and ive come up with PROTEX part# H1154 but cannot find an image or detailed
description for them and have a feeling that they might be for the early japanese calipers

just want to see if i can buy off the shelf before getting some new ones made
cheers

Find yourself a good brake place & get them made, because they are no longer available. These are the longest flexible brake lines on a Nissan & were my first choice when swapping in Stanza/200B struts. I got Burt Brothers Brakes to make me 4 lines while I waited for about $50 each. I tried lots of places on the off chance they might have a listing, but ended up buying 200B hoses from a company on EBay. In fact the rear line for a Sunny that goes between the body & the diff housing was longer than the 200B ones & I almost got another pair of them to use. Now I've got these 120Y hoses I can swap the struts back to the correct sides, as I had to put the calipers to the front of the strut, instead of behind.

your right they are very long. im just using a 120y strut complete with 120y disc brakes in my road going 1200 sedan.
i reckon the hoses are about 2-3 inches longer than i need in the 1200

thanks for the advice, might have to look into getting some made

The guys at Burt Brothers had an old PBR catelogue, which showed the hose & gave them the lengths to make it to. I've tried looking for PBR stuff online but it doesn't seem to exist. The people I got the 200B brake lines from are PROTEX. There seemed to be a few dealers called Burt Brothers so maybe there's one down your way.

thanks for the info, that confirms that they're not the correct part.

do you have any info on part # H1211 ? which are supposed to suit b210 1/77 - 3/79

I've been doing brakes for 20+ years... but not 1200's

So you want a male thread to go into the caliper
Female to go to the strut
The listed one for that caliper is the H1211 and the sizes are up there
