Looks like a low compression oval port A14 head mixed in with the L bits and a 60 series 4-speed.

Good find. Looks like a normal compression head. Comp depends on the piston dish.

Here's another A14 head for sale in SoCal: http://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/pts/4872778458.html

It says "Datsun 1200" but we know its an A14 round-port head due to the "728" casting -- and looks to be a 1978 due to the desired closed combustion chambers. The best cylinder head for under-5600 RPM power.
