No need to change the master cylinder. But you need more than discs. Get the entire strut/brake assemblies and bolt them on. 1200 Coupe is the best way to go. See 1200 Disc Brake Swap.

Try and get 120y struts and put 1200 strut top on, that way later you can upgrade to s13 rotors and calipers later

S13 rotors & calipers fit the 1200 struts too. See S13 Brakes. 120Y struts are similar, but not the same as 1200 struts: * top hat differs * spring length differs * caliper differs 120Y can be used if the spring & top hat are swapped from the 1200 drum-brake strut. Keep the 1200 drum-brake hubs which can be used in future S13 rotor swap.

120y Change the tops and make sure the lower arm bolt holes are the same cause the centre centre bolt holes are diffrent but if you get the arms with 120y struts its all good

Lower arm (LCA) comes in two variety for 120Y. Early is same as B110, Late is same as B310.
The struts do not bolt to the LCA, they bolt to the Steering Arm, so no worries. Just use your existing 1200 LCA and steering arm.
