Congrats man ....Good to see this car finally got on the road ! And looks killer too.
Allthough im an A series man , 4ages are so good in a Datto , plenty of extra power can be made if needed too. Although i think 100 kw is plenty for 1200.
My mate started with a 100kw small port over the years its evolved to a 300kw atw 4agte still using stock gze bottom end. It's quite unbelievable the abuse they handle.
Nice car , like the style , enjoy the cruising .

Thanks greendog, I agree it's a good engine package without being too crazy for a street cruiser.. And they do take a lot of abuse lol

Are you going with ultra-stiff spring rate?

For any newbies reading this, bottoming out (suspension crashing) is usually caused by lowering. Fitting stiff springs will help prevent the bottoming out, and although it will make the ride harsher than the original springs, it is better than bottoming out

update:

car is driving awesome now with the new suspension, and its been out on the road a fair bit.. Daniel Pusey did the coil overs (highly recommend)and im very happy with the handling now.

most recent drive was this years Datsun day !!!
