i'm putting together my refurbished H89 head today.
I'm using this with a new reground cam that came with double springs.
is there anything i need to do special to fit these double springs ?
does one just fit inside the other ? or should there be some sort of centring spacer/washer or something ?

just need eight of these from Nissan
13205-H2300 SEAT-valve spring

Or with some aftermarket springs you may not need them. Check with the spring vendor.

Nothing extra but you still need to use those steel spring seats as ddgonzal said right? As per original

Yes, i'm still using the thin steel washers that sit at the bottom if the springs, i assume those are just for wear purposes..

The normal spring seats are a special steel washer
The dual-spring seats are the special stepped washer shown in the photo

Good to know that the Camtech springs work with the standard seats
