hi adam you can use a standard A14/A15 gasket and notch it. use the H89 type wet gasket (for manifold with water ports)

Do you have the matching air flow meter and ECU? If so I would just install all the Nissan factory parts and get it running. Later you can experiment with modifications

chris produced turbo manifolds, but no longer

About the gasket, Datsun made seven different A14 oval port gaskets all shaped a little different

Use the H89 one although there isn't much material at the top so be careful how you notch it. I'd bolt it first to the manifold and mark it so you can remove just the minimum material for the notch. Using a thin but sharp chisel you can easily cut a rounded notch. Supplement it with a thick little bit of RTV above the notch (let it tack up before bolting together -- as per the directions on the RTV package)

14035-05H01 has superceded the H89 gasket and appears to have bit more room above the ports

Or you could use the GX gasket 14035-H2300, looks like no notching is needed

The original EGI gasket looks like this
