This is supposed to be a belt taken of a 1975 630.

I believe this part number was superseded however there is NO info found on the internet nor from my local Nissan Dealership including his classic parts reference.

The Takata Kojyo # is TK-720-1713C

NOTE: The character "B" shape is somewhat odd - could it not be a "B"?

Yes 86820-B8000

B80 is the Applied Model Code for 1975 or 1976 Datsun 620 truck. August 1975 is the build date for the belt. 1973 would be B50. 1976 model year started in fall 1975

your local nissan dealer is likely to have no number as these are no longer available since about 2005 when nissan got rid of their old inventory

here is a 1977 620 seat belt installed in my 1200

Thanks so much for the info and pics!

Reason for all this my 74 620 had no belts and I figured I'd put retractors in it only to find that they will not accommodate a fat guy!

Frankly, I don't know what I'm going to do...

Two things:
* The upper mount point is lower, see photo above
* The non-retracting belts are really long, they are too long for the 1200

The 1974 620 may have the mount points higher up than the 1976 version. If so the belt won't have enough play in it
