my car was a automatic shell and now is a 4 speed manuel conversion and the gearbox mount doesnt fit propally what should i do and how much will it cost

For my race cars I just cut a piece of flat bar about 400mm long, cut the original mount and weld it to the center of the flat bar. Then I drill a hole in either end of the flat bar and up through the floor with a big washer on the top. Used it in several cars over the years with no problems.

hey olboy that what it has on it now but somthings wrong wif it if i take off too hard it must bend or somthing and the gearbox moves out of place but it drives perfect wen ur not dumping the clutch i was just wondering if u could make me one and how much will u do it for Cheers Rick

What do you mean jumps out of place. It must be broken or something. Its not just hitting on the body somewhere is it.

it drives beutyful but wen u take off hard the gear stick just hits the side feels like the gearbox is jumping so how much u reckon

Sounds to me like its already broken. It may not be the gearbox mount, It maybe an engine mount broken.

it only does it in first gear tho i dump the clutch in second its perfect soo i dunno
