Aren't these things still available new?
Have a look at the Nispares site. Go to the top of the page & click on "New Panels" for doors.
Click on "New Parts" for Ute body panels, including bonnets.

I know that they are in the Melbourne area, but they are new. Perhaps someone over your way also carries them.

hmm dunno if I fancy paying another $150 on freight.. plus you only get the bare doors (have to swap over your internals and glass) and some of the mechanisms are stuffed in mine :(
